Message from our Kitchen

This spring and summer menu is meant to be a reflection of the freshness, sustainability and the different way we eat as the seasons change, from our endless days of summer to celebrating the bounty of our harvest.

The menu still has some old french classics, some updated versions of classic bistro menu dishes. The mission is to offer french cuisine taking advantage of every opportunity to use fresh local Manitoba ingredients.

Resto Gare’s wine list attempts to reflect what people are drinking today. Wines range from the lighter style to wines of full and rich character. We carry wines from both new Wineries as well as offering the classical and traditional wines.

These wines are personally selected by Resto Gare’s certified Sommelier, Curtis Love and the list is refreshed with the changing of the seasons. The staff shares a passion for good food and wines and is always pleased to make wine suggestions.

Be sure to ask about the cellar selections and choose from ultra premium wines from first-growths to Napa Cabernets, not seen on the menu but always available.
